Born a Dog: The Disaster Sentinel

Geologist Cole exposes a town's landslide risk—and is murdered by corrupt loggers. Reborn as a lame puppy, he awakens a disaster-prediction system and foresees a flood destroying the town in two weeks. Rescued by an old ranger, he rallies beasts and villagers, defeats the logging ring, and builds a dam to stop the flood—achieving redemption.
